I hope you are asking about telengana state law entrance test. ts lawcet is for 3 years llb course and 5 years integrated llb courses. if you want to study bachelors in psychology you need to take admission in degree colleges, most of the cases based on your 10+2 marks admission is done.

Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TSLAWCET) is conducted at the state level. The entrance exam forms the basis for admission to 3-year LLB programme and 5-year LLB programme, offered by different law colleges of Telangana.

For the SC students ,according to the Qualifying Criteria for TS Lawcet, They is no minimum marks to for clearing the Examination but minimum marks in qualifying exam for
Five-years integrated LLB course: 40% marks in class 12th exam
Three-years LLB course: 40% marks in the bachelor degree final year exam.

a) University college of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Fees is INR 6,750.
b) Telangana University, Nizamabad. Fees is INR 39,000.
c) Kalkatiya University, Warangal. Fees is INR 5,857/Y

you need to daily check the official website is there is any spot counselling going to happen or not. if you have the list of colleges which you seems to interest in getting admission, you can directly contact with college, some colleges takes direct admission when seats are not filled fully.

Do not be discouraged, I would suggest you to go for subsequent counselling.While filling the web options consider previous year cut off of particular college, you may find the cut off for law colleges in internet.Consider your rank and compare it with previous year cut off, and choose colleges which had slightly higher or lower than your rank as cut off is subjected to change.Make a list of colleges which you may consider to join.Choose more number of options to increase the chance of getting a seat.I hope this is helpful to you.
