The certificate verification will be done only once.before the start of counselling only.

Only once they will conduct the certificate verification and again it will not be conducted separately after verification only they give the login id and password thus you can have access to web options

After the second round of counselling completed . You don't need to visit the counseling centre.

But you have to visit the college you have allocated and submit the allocation order to confirm your seat only. You no need to visit the couselling centre
