if we got seat in 1 collage, in second phase counceling there we dont get seat means the 1st phase alloted collage seat will cancelled/not

If you are allotted the seat in first phase counseling then you can not apply for next round counseling.

As per the last year cutoff SC male you can have the chances for the colleges Bhaskara Law College, Moinabad, Marwadi Siksha Samithi Law College, Hyderabad etc. You can also check TS LAW CET previous year cutoff with the given below link.

There is no problem in that ...though you not got seat in first phase ...still you may have a chance in second phase counselling..but depends upon the category .and rank ..it may hard to get top colleges ..

As per your wish you can go for either 5-year integrated Law programme or 3 year Law programme, but i will recommend you to go for LL.B. (Hons) Degree in Intellectual Property Rights from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (IIT K) and utilise your B.Tech degree.
