You need to carry residence proof for which you have bene staying past20 years and have sufficient Proofs to verifyit during counselling of TS Lawcet. 

Make sure you have all original documents of residence proof and set of xeeox copies as well for verification.

For the time being you need not to apply but a s per the Detailed Notification For Certificate Verification & Web Options of TS LAWCET & PGLCET -2018 admissions candidates are supposed to attend certificate verification for Web counseling at any one Help Line Center. As per the Detailed Notification For Certificate Verification & Web Options of TS LAWCET & PGLCET -2018 admissions candidates are supposed to attend certificate verification for Web counseling for admission at any one Help Line center and carry the Original Certificate with Xeros copies of two sets of the original certificates with self attestation. Transfer Certificate is also one of the required docmument. So, ideally candiates must carry that. But if you don't have one then try to get it issued well before time. I hope it helps!

I need a little more information in this regard. If you have completed your schooling in systematic way then you can do LLB. If you have done qulified your Graduate degree with minimum 45% of the total marks (for SC/ST 40%) then you are eligible for doing the course.

According to the BCI rules: "The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses."
