Considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in Embedded systems and VLSI Design in Osmania University, Hyderabad. The cut off was 1625 for BC-D category. The cut off changes depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease.

The notification for counseling still not release by TSCHE. But the counseling will be start soon. The counseling may be start 2nd week of November. Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will conduct the counselling of TS PGECET 2020 for qualified candidates.

It is impossible to get a seat in in OU or JNTUH like colleges. There are very less seats (30) in both of them. With 1409 rank , it is just not possible to get a seat. Moreover preference is given to candidate , who has cleared GATE. To increase your chances you should apply to more colleges to assure your seat

As you mentioned TSPGECET 2020 and that comes under Engineering Stream as O.U under TSPGECET is not having the above mentioned one in Engineering stream, but the course is in M.Sc Environmental Stream in O.U as with the rank mentioned by you and as per your Rank it is possible to get seat in Osmania University with a seat in Environmental Management.
