At such a paltry score of just 50 marks, it is going to be extremely difficult for you to get admission in a good Institute. You may not get a government college for pursuing post graduation. However,since you belong to scheduled caste category, you may have some chances of making into the low tier government Institutes for mtech. But there is no guarantee as there is limited number of SC seats in such govt institutes and a lot of applicants. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation.

The fee structure for Master of Technology (M.Tech) in both the colleges JNTU Hyderabad and Osmani University is as follows. In JNTUH the total fee is about Rs.60,000/- and in Osmani University it is about Rs.50,000/-.
