If you want to appear for phase 2 then you do not have to go through the certificate verification again. You can directly give web options. Since your certificate is verified and approved for the counselling, that means you do not have to go through the same verification

As per rule if you selected in any college in first phase of your counseling and you go for second counselling and if you are selected for another college in second phase of counselling then your seat in previous college that is in the first round of the counselling
