There is no data available to know actually how many seats they do keep for different categories. Since what they do is provide different date slots for different ranks, i guess everything is included in that. Through the counselling of TS PGECET 2019, first the seats are filled

I am sorry to say but it is very difficult for you to get a seat. The cutoffs change every year due to the difficulty of paper and also the no of students appearing for the examination and also the no of students appearing for the counselling.
