After the payment only you can submit documents for verification purpose. After verification you have options entry

Ideally, they require the student him/herself to be present and get the documents verified as every details are there which needs to be verified by the student only. But in emergency cases, they might allow if you cannot be present. But make sure you have other options if they reject

if you havent't got it and won't get it within the deadline, you can produce the alternatives to them during document verification. Also, contact them for being sure about this, if at a later stage you will get a chance to upload the original degree or not.

you have studied in ap for last 6 years then you are under ap category. Don't say by place of birth. Remember what you filled in your application

You can get into University College of engineering Osmania , jntu Hyderabad , cbit as you have category reservation. Choose Osmania University over jntu as it has better placements and scope and excellent faculty.

You can get into good colleges
