No! Rules can't be violated. They make certain terms and conditions. They prepare a schedule for the students so that things are carried on smoothly. But since you didn't go in the alotted time, you are disqualified there and then. There are no chances of revival in counselling now.

The counselling And Registration process for the TS PGECET should actually start on the third week of june. But it Was not yet started due To few delays. Mostly the counselling and the registration process might  start in the 4th week of july or even before. Anyways

No, the counselling process for TG PGCET have not started yet.As of now there are no official dates giving.But it may start right from this week which is third week of July 2019.So you need to check on the updates so that you will not miss out important

Dear aspirant, 

During certificate verification you have to submit the photocopies or xerox of the all the original documents required for counselling. When you will alloted the college at that time you have to submit the original documents in which you are taking admission.
