Dear student, for the second phase of TS pgecet counselling 2019, there are a few seats available in OU and J N T U H College. The seats available in some of the courses even for general categories and there are available seats for reserved categories also.

Osmania University, Hyderabad will conduct the TS PGECET 2019 Counselling tentatively in third week of June 2019 for admitting students in M.E./M.Tech courses in colleges situated in Telangana. Students who want to participate in TS PGECET Counselling 2019 through GATE have to register online and pay the counselling fee while registration for students applying through TS PGECET 2019 will be done at help centres as per schedule to be released. Admissions in all the participating colleges will be offered through TS PGECET 2019 Counselling on the basis of students performance in TS PGECET 2019/GATE. Osmania University, the organizing authority of TS PGECET 2019 Counselling will conduct two separate rounds of counselling, one for GATE/GPAT 2019 qualified students and another for TS PGECET 2019 qualified students. Preference will be given to GATE/GPAT qualified candidates and admission to TS PGECET qualified candidates will be given on seats which remain vacant after admission through GATE/GPAT.

Coming to your question it depends on the counselling conducting body , but in most cases they generally send the SMS or if not you should check the results of the counseling from their websites also .
I think your score is not bad any maybe yo apply for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad but you may know that they have even higher standard as you think they have higher than 159. So my suggestion is that you may apply for it but also seek other option as your backup plan may help in future.

the seats in universities are like REGULAR/SF/SNS which are available for web options.
regular fee in jntu or ou will be 30k/year .can get aicte fellowship which is given only for gate q/f students but not pgecet students
SF means self finance WITH aicte fellowship with fee 50k/yr.
SNS means self finance WITHOUT aicte fellow ship with fee 50k/yr
so majority of gate q/f students go for reg or sf but not sns because they dont leave there aicte fellowship by opting sns,so pgecet students have majority change to get seat through sns,but need to get very good rank in pgecet. finally there will be around 18 seats for reg, 5 seats for sf, 5 seats for sns per specialisation upto my knowledge.
