Students who want to participate in TS PGECET Counselling 2019 through GATE have to register online and pay the counselling

Coming to your question it depends on the counselling conducting body , but in most cases they generally send the SMS or if not you should check the results of the counseling from their websites also .

I think your score is not bad any maybe yo apply for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad but you may know that they have even higher standard as you think they have higher than 159. So my suggestion is that you may apply for it but also seek other option
the seats in universities are like REGULAR/SF/SNS which are available for web options.
regular fee in jntu or ou will be 30k/year .can get aicte fellowship which is given only for gate q/f students but not pgecet students
SF means self finance WITH aicte fellowship with fee 50k/yr.
