If you get 41 marks in ts pgecet then your rank should be between 11500 to 13600. 

It is difficult to get admission in any goverment college in cs at this rank in ts pgecet.

But you may apply for private colleges those accepts the rank of ts pgecet

Well considering the rank which you are having which is 861 in general category in NIMCET 2019. And also if I consider previous year closing rank for nit kurukshetra then it was around 600 . So keeping in mind the rank it might be possible that you get the college.
