Hi,
With the marks of 315 in NEET and belonging to the general category , the chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges is not at all possible. However you may try for private medical colleges also through management quota seats which might be quite possible. The private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu include
Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore
CMC Vellore - Christian Medical College
For more information refer to

According to the reports, for linguistic minoritiy category seat ,the cutoff for previous years is nearly 434 for Vydehi Medical College for general category. However the cutoff varies every year and also statewise. So the safe score would be 450. Hoping for the best. Thank you . Hello aspirant
Hope you're doing good! See for doing bachelor of arts in sanskrit you can do it even if you don't have sanskrit in your intermediate. So this eligibility itself says that anyone can cope up with it. So yes it's possible to get learn all the things even if you didn't studied it in intermediate. Only thing is that keep your basics clear before the college that would hardly take 15-20 days maximum.
Good luck!
Thank you!
Dear aspirant hope you are doing well

Hello aspirant,
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you mention with 418 marks you have a chance to get seat in Vydehi medical college.
