In 2019, under State Quota, 384 marks secured a seat in Vydehi Medical College under General Category. So with a score of 422, you do have decent chances for a Government Quota seat in this College with Minority Reservation. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, there are total 250 seats for MBBS. So it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this college. As your NEET score is 350. Your Overall Percentile is: 85.26 - 85.76 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is:204334 - 244484 . Also depends upon last years cut-off.

Hello,
Even though you have opted regional language you can see questions both in Telugu and English. You do not have to worry, you can read the questions in English and answer. The options given will be same in both languages. Also you will not face any problems during the counselling. The language you have opted has nothing to do with the counselling.

Eswar, when you choose any other Language except English as the language of question paper, you will be given the Question paper in that language and also in English. For example, in your case, if you have chosen Telugu as the language of the Exam Paper in NEET, you will be asked questions in both Telugu and English.
Eswar, when you choose any other Language except English as the language of question paper, you will be given the Question paper in that language and also in English. For example, in your case, if you have chosen Telugu as the language of the Exam Paper in NEET, you will be asked questions in both Telugu and English. Your chances of seat in NEET Counselling depend purely on your NEET score, NEET rank and Category. Your language of exam paper has got nothing to do with this. But in the future to prepare yourself for Medical College, you might have to learn English because the subjects are taught in English and they cannot be translated or taught in Telugu. You can learn English online through Youtube or from Spoken English Books.
