Yes, you are likely eligible for Telugu minority reservation in Tamil Nadu. Even if you have studied in Andhra Pradesh for a particular portion of your schooling, your undergraduate studies in Tamil Nadu and your parents being Telugu speakers make you a strong candidate.

Here's how to apply:

1. Gather necessary documents :
  • Study certificate from your last institution you attended in tamil nadu.
  • Parents authorized telugu mother tongue certificate
  • And other documents as specified according to particular application.

2. Apply for the Telugu Minority Certificate:

  • Follow the instructions in the application prospectus
  • Submit your application: You will need to submit your application along with all the required documents.

3. Contact the relevant authorities : If you have any doubts about the eligibility criteria or the application process, contact the authorities responsible for administering the Telugu Minority reservation, such as the relevant department of the Tamil Nadu government or the admissions office of the university/college you are applying to.

4. Accuracy and completeness : Ensure that all your documents are accurate and complete to avoid any issues during the application process.

By following these steps and gathering the necessary documents you will be eligible for the Telugu Minority reservation in Tamil Nadu.

if i get pass marks in telugu and i git 40 above marks in maths and science and English 60 marks and in social 40 what are my grade points

Ishita 19th Jul, 2024

Hello Aspirant

So your marks are as below

Telugu- 33 (as you said pass mark)

Math- 40

Science- 40

English- 60

Social Science- 40

Your Grade Point will be 33+40+40+60+40= 213

(213/500)*100= 42.6%

To convert this into CGPA, divide this by 9.5

42.6/9.5= 4.48 CGPA.

This is on the basis of your speculative marks, so you get marks around what you have mentioned, your grade point will be between 4.5 to 6 CGPA.

Hope this helps
