Ts eamcet counselling is usually fills colleges in telangana state.So,you will get seat in your desired branch that is textile engineering only in the colleges that are in telangana state.

To get in other you need to write mains or respective state exam.

If you are a domicile holding candidate who appeared for WBJEE, then your Category is useful else it's not in WBJEE 

Now, assuming you got that domicile going in there for you, you can expect the government colleges in West Bengal like Kalyani, Jalpaiguri Engineering College,etc.

Hello aspirant, 

I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year records you can not get your desired branch in GCETT Serampore as the cut off or closing rank in the last round for textile branch was around 13k and your rank is far away from this rank, so it's difficult to get admission there.
