Yes, you can definitely pursue MBA in textile management after BBA. The minimum eligibility requirements vary from college to college but most of them require successful completion of graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized college. You will have to appear in one of the entrance exams such as CAT, MAT or XAT accepted by the college of your choice. Some of the colleges are:

You can take any stream in 11th and 12th but in college, you have to move towards the fashion industry as you to work in the Textile industry. So during your college, you need to appear for NIFT, FDDI etc. and now you can opt for any stream you like
