I understand your problem very well and i advise you not to worry at all because there are many other ways to get admission in manipal or thapar university without paying high fees if you really deserve this college. First way is by applying through management quota but
I think you missed for online counselling. You can fill the form for in person counselling which includes mode 1 and mode 2
