It would really depend on the basis of cut off. However you know what Mode 1 is through JEE marks which has 70% seats

Mode 2 is through 10+2 marks which has 30% seats

You can definitely go ahead and apply through mode 2 in case you don't qualify the

In case of the MBA the college is really good where you have good infrastructure and good quality of education along with that this college was certified from TCS as well along with that the placements are decent as well

For Admission in Thapar University,, Rank doesn't matter. If you will score more than 72 marks in jee mains, then You will be eligible for admission. & You must have secured 60% aggregate in PCM.
