Every condition has two way out of it. Yes there is a way out of getting admitted into Thapar University for any course without giving test. The way is you can get seat in the branch you wish for through management quota paying a hefty amount.

According to me thapar University would be the best option for you as it is highly reputed University with a good placement records and it has a pool of highly qualified faculty.
For CSE placements, I’d lean towards Thapar. My cousin studied there and had a good experience with the placement opportunities and overall exposure. Chandigarh University is also a decent option, especially if budget is a major factor, but if the fees are manageable, I’d personally choose Thapar for CSE. Recent
