Bsc in operation theatre technology is 8 years long undergraduate degree course who is consists of various technologies of operation theatre including the clerical and check up works. One should have pass that 10 + 2 level examination with physics chemistry biology as a better subject with minimum of 50%. To get a chance in Delhi you have to clear the AIIMS nursing examination. In India also some colleges accept merit based entrance.
AIIMS nursing exam is a one and half hour long entrance online examination conducted by AIIMS Delhi to provide admission in BSC and MSc nursing.

With this rank it will be little difficult for you to get CSE in Amritapuri or Coimbatore campus. In Coimbatore campus cutoff for CSE will be around 2500 for home state and around 1000 rank for other state. Cutoff for CSE in Amritapuri campus will be around 9000 for home state and 5000 rank for other state candidates.
There are 50% home reservation in every campus. It is the expected cutoff based on previous years' cutoff. Keep in mind that get a seat will depend on different factors such as number of students want to get the same branch, category of a student, performance of the students, home state etc.

The best course for you depends depend on your knowledge base and the course's syllabus, however all three are excellent in their own ways. However, I believe that the B.Sc. in Radiography is the course that is most important. You'll have more opportunities for a successful future and employment. You can work as a diagnostic medical sonographer, radiology nurse, ultrasound technician, CT technician, CAT scan technician, etc.
