In general the debited amount should get refund to your account. You can lodge a complaint in the respective bank. You can even call to the customer service of respective bank .After this your money would refund with in 7 working days.

You must have passed or must be appearing for your 12th standard or equivalent examination. Number of attempts: You can only attempt MHT - CET 3 times .

The age eligibility for applying to Coast Guard is between 18-22. You must have 50% aggregate in 10+2.
So you can apply for the exam as many as you can till age of 22 as there is no such maximum number of attempts .
