Since you were born on 14 October, 2003, you will be turning 19 soon. The eligibility criteria for the two concerned exam that you have mentioned are-

For CDS exam and its various posts, the usual age bracket is 19 to 25 years. Only graduate students can take CDS

Hello,

There is no limit to giving MHT CET exam nor there is any age limit. So as long as you have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or appearing in the qualifying examination you are eligible to give MHT CET exam.

there is no limit to apply for NQT exam. But there is some time gap to apply for it again (6 months) not sure about the time period.
