If you are proper candidate of Andhra Pradesh and also completed the schooling from Andhra Pradesh then you will not be eligible for TNEA until and unless your parents have been serving in government services for past 5 years at least.

For TNEA only those candidates can apply

You belong to MBC category. In Tamil Nadu, for TNEA admissions the community selection is not based upon the parent's annual income.

If you have the community certificate in which "MBC-Vanniyar" is present, then you choose MBC as your community.
