Yes, you can apply for TNEA 2022 admission but if you secure admission in an institute then you have to study from first year of the course. Also you must have obtained your original educational documents from the institute you have discontinued the course because you will need those documents at the time of document verification for TNEA 2022 admission.

According to an article in Times of India, around 25,611 candidates registered for BE, B Tech admissions on Day 1 itself. The total students were around 1,41,077.
This year 440 colleges are included in TNEA and the total available seats are 151870. However, last year 1,33,166 candidates had applied for TNEA 2020. Out of which, 1,04,418 candidates participated in the document verification process.

If you are proper candidate of Andhra Pradesh and also completed the schooling from Andhra Pradesh then you will not be eligible for TNEA until and unless your parents have been serving in government services for past 5 years at least.
For TNEA only those candidates can apply who satisfy the following criterion :-
==>> Must have passed their class 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th from Tamil Nadu.
==>> Proper native of Tamil Nadu but have passed their class 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th from outside Tamil Nadu will also be considered as eligible.
==>> Children of government employees who have worked for government organizations in Tamil Nadu or in any other part of country for the past 5 years at least shall be considered as eligible.
==>> Children of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.

If you have the community certificate in which "MBC-Vanniyar" is present, then you choose MBC as your community.
