I donot have Delhi domicile and my AI rank in CLAT 2019 is 3042...are there any chances for me to get delhi colleges under GGSIPU?

mahimadogra_6929406 Student Expert 18th Jun, 2019
Hey.
The cut off for admission in any of the NLUs last year closed at a rank of around 1600. As this is the first time IPU would accept admission based on CLAT scores there are no previous year trends to look up to for a fair estimate. But as there are around 1900 seats offered by IPU in total and 85% if which are reserved for Delhi Candidates so only around 300 seats would be left for All India students.

Hence if you belong to the Delhi residents category then you seem to have a good chance for admission in IPU with a rank of 3042.

This is only an estimate and the actual cut off may vary according to factors like the number of Delhi domiciled candidates ranked above you etc.
Best of luck

Can i take addmission in Jamia humdard pvt college delhi in mbbs my caste is general i had just for appeared neet but not qualify .

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 8th May, 2019
Hello dear
No you cannot as neet is mandatory for Mbbs  even for private college.
NEET Examination is necessary for MBBS, BAMS and BHMS. And only NEET qualified students can take admission in this course not in India any where in world.

Without NEET there are no any option in above mentioned course.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

Hello,

The minimum NEET score for a SC candidate is 430 and above for MBBS in government Delhi colleges. The range of ranks varies based on every year. However, the cut off increases each year as the competition gets tougher. Wishing you all the very best.

I am a one year dropper and now I want to do ba hons political science from delhi colleges ?

Ishita Roy 1st Jun, 2019

Hello Ashutosh,

If you wish to apply for Delhi University, you can surely do so, and make sure to register before June 14th, 2019, which is the last date for Undergraduate Courses' Registration.

According to the recent law, a student with drop-year can apply for Delhi University;  however 2.5% would be deducted from your best of four, since you are changing your stream from science to Humanities.

No extra document for a Drop Year is needed; hoever, make sure you have a Character certificate issued from last school attended, not less than 6 months old.

I hope this was helpful!
