First of all congrats for securing 5k rank in CLAT 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 4k ranks are eligible for almost all top colleges (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 CLAT colleges Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
