No it won't hinder your admission in too B school in anyway. On the other side it will act as your advantage as top B-schools want students diversity. As most of them enrolling are engineers so as to promote diversity they give non engineers extra marks in aggregate score. Also

See if you are in general category then you won't be eligible for CAT exam and also many private colleges whose min % criteria in all academic degrees is 50% for general category and 45% for SC, ST category.

You will have to clear management entrances like CMAT, XAT, MAT,CAT, NMAT, SNAP etc to get admission in top management institutes.

There is basic eligibility percentage mentioned in CAT that you need minimum 50% in graduation unlike in CMAT, XAT there is no minimum percentage requirement.
