The admission in Bangalore university is granted directly in most undergraduate courses whereas there is common entrance test for MBA, law and some of the post graduate courses.

Candidates who have completed their graduation from any of the recognized university are applicable for B.Ed course.Candidate's graduation marks must be above 50% . Although for SC/ST candidates this marks is decreased to above 45%.Only Arts and Science department students are eligible for B.Ed course.
I suggest you improve your performance and try and take your percentage to the minimum eligibility crtiteria of 50% if you are in the General Category!
If you are a SC/ST candidate, you are above par and you can apply for BEd in any college or university across the country.

like i would be the better person to answer for you !! to getin to top colleges in bangalore you need have minimum 50% of +2 but minimum wont make you fit in. so you need have pretty well score and if have writen KCET and having good rank in it you can get through them to univeristies.
well let me consider you are non karnataka hence you can also get through the JEE mains for BTech while for BArch you can get in with NATA . you can also take seat with private unversites exam lile for PESSAT exam as well .
