i doesn't know whether delhi university provides admissions on the basis of merit . it coducts entrance exam for biochemistr and admissions are taken onn the basis of merit list for the conducted entrance exam . however re-post this question so that others can answer it also ,but yes du conducts entrance exam for bio chemistry. check out this

Bachelor of Arts Honours (Humanities & Social Sciences) is a 3 year undergraduate programme offered by University of Delhi’s Cluster Innovation Centre.
Admissions to the BA (Hons) Humanities and Social Sciences programme is done on the basis of the candidate meeting the eligibility criteria and appearing for the entrance examination.
Eligiblity criteria:
A minimum aggregate marks at 10+2 level (including English / MIL): General category : 60% in four subjects

achelor of Arts (BA) Sanskrit (Hons.) is a three-year regular graduate program in the Sanskrit language that one can pursue after completing 10+2 or equivalent level education. It is an Under Graduate (UG) program that is offered by various colleges and universities across the country.
Most of the colleges and universities offer admission to this course based on merit. The merit determining criteria for the course is a class 12thboard percentage or equivalent educational qualification obtained by the candidate. There is no Common Entrance Test (CET) for this course

The NEET cut off percentage for ST candidates for the IPU MBBS 2019 admission is 40%. Since you have scored above 50%, you have got a fair chance to get admitted to the college. GGSIPU is the conducting authority for admission to the 85% seats in the IPU MBBS admission. The application form for the same has been released and the aspirants are expected to fill the application form which will include the NEET score details. Only those aspirants who have registered online and meet the eligibility criteria will be included in the merit rank list. Hope you have access to the application form. Once the results of NEET are out, you will be able to register for admission.

The program deals with the study of mass media such as the radio newspaper etc and the different methods of correspondence and exchange of data on data scales.
