0<e<1
For perfectly elastic     e = 1
For perfectly inelastic  e = 0
For others e value lies between 0 and 1

Please tell which course you are asking for and generally the admissions in undergraduate programs are done on the basis of 12th merit only and as per your percentage chances are little less to get seat there in DU. For reference, you can check below given previous year cut off

can I get admission in bsc in delhi university after 3 years of intermediate. I have dropped 3 years after 12 for coaching.

As the session is already over but generally there will be no issue if you have a dropped one year as the only thing which matters is your percentage as it should be more than 90 so that you can easily get admission in your desired college of DU.

Yes. CS SUBJECT should be there in the +2 as main subject and not vocational now the advantage doesn't mean 5% will be added to their best of four but it means those who don't have CS and they want to take CS in DU, 5% marks will be deducted
