Yes there is a chance of getting admission in Delhi university with the percentage you got in 12th board. But you have to apply for DU entrance exam and have to qualify in that exam. So after qualifying that entrance 50% of the priority is given for your

Answering your question firstly to be admission in Delhi university 85% is not enough. Surely you will get the admission but your score will come in 6 or 7 merit list.

Yes you can still take admission in Delhi University if you didn't have mathematics in class 12. You can take admission in courses like B.Com, B.A., B.A. honours etc. However, you cannot take admission in B.A. Hons Economics and B.Com Hons, since mathematics in class 12 is compulsory

if you are a general category student your chances of getting in Delhi University are very less. For most courses the cut off is more than 85% in Delhi University. So you might not get admission here. Just wait for the cut offs but keep an alternate option too.
