Yes, Any student from any state board is eligible for admission in Delhi university as long as his 12th percentage meets up the cut-off percentage of the course in which they seek admission. Yes, definately it is possible to pursue bachelors of commerce from Delhi university. DU is one of the most respectable and honourable university.Cut off for b.com ranges from 90-95% this also depends on the applications received. If you wish to pursue b.com from any other college under Delhi university the names and APPROX cut offs are:
Delhi college of arts and commerce cut off 92.75% and seats-133
Deen dayal upadhyaya college cut off 93.00% and seats 185
