Well, the date of entrance exam for LLB in Dehli University is not declared yet by the university. Manily this exam will be conducted in the month of May or June.

"Three Year Law Degree Course: An applicant who has graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature

Yes uou can definitely complete all subjects if you go for quick revision and important chapters with wieightage and devote nore than 8hours daiky. 

Selection will depend on your score in NEET PG and ranks allocated.

You can apply for ULSAT if you have Minimum 50% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12 th ). As you are studying in Delhi and this final year of your UG programme I would recommend you to go for a 3 year LLB programme instead
