Hello Mandar, If you category rank is of Mumbai University then surely you take admission in the mentioned college on the basis of your rank only in the college which come under or affilated with mumbai university. Some college might have other criteria for admission but surely you can try.

There is only one eligiblity criteria for admission to ba-psychology that is to get a score more than 50 % in your 12th boards.
You have a good percentage so you are having good chances to get into the course you are willing to do.
