You'll have to submit the hardcopies of all the forms (MU Pre-admission and the College forms) at the colleges along with all the required documents for document verification. No, there are no such colleges under Mumbai University that allow admission without the NEET score. To get into any college for physiotherapy, NEET score is mandatory. You'll need atleast 420 to get in any government college for physiotherapy in Mumbai if you belong to the unreserved category.
