Yes, But it will be slightly difficult. A ME or M.Tech CSE is slightly demanding as you will be going up against people with a sound knowledge of fundas of programming, computing and with a project behind them in that.

You need at least a 3 year bachelor's degree with at least 50 % marks or 45 % in case if you belong to  SC/ST category which you will have after you finish your final year at Mumbai University .

The procedure remains same as it is for the students without a gap year. You have to produce a affidavit for what you did during the gap year. If you were in some college then you have to produce the migration certificate during the certificate verification.
