I would like to inform you that yes you can do the same from Mumbai University but you would have to do it all over again from 1st year.Also you would have to appear for the entrance exam if required.

Please specify which course you want to get admission in. For professional courses (engineering, medical, pharmacy etc) you need to have given an entrance exam. If you want a degree course (BA, BCom, BSc), you can get admission in many colleges with this score. Register on the Mumbai University

Firstly you have to download  the application form and submit them to the university office along with the document

You will be admitted to the course on the basis of your performance in written entrncee exam followed by a personal interview conducted by respective faculty of the university
