You don't need a migration certificate in case you are studying anywhere else except in your home town . The certificate is needed only if you are leaving the course in between but not if you're starting fresh .

The online date has been relased and the date is 31st of may 2018
to register go with the official page of that college and fill it through online

The registration has started from 4th January the last date of submission of application form. Is 17th July.
The entrance test is expected to be held on 60th July

I think SFIT will be better, the exposure one gets in mumbai universities is not comparable. Moreover it is a good branch so go for it :p
