Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of Pune University M.Com 2019 Entrance Exam is given below:
1. Candidates seeking admission in Pune University M.Com 2019 must have passed B.Com, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.B.M(IB) examination of Pune University or from any other University which is recognised by AIU.
2. Candidates belonging to open category must have score at least 50% in their graduation to be eligible for Pune University M.Com 2019 entrance exam.
3. Candidates belonging to reserved category must have 45% in their graduation to be eligible for the entrance exam.
M.Com Entrance Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of Pune University M.Com 2019 entrance exam is as follows:
1. Pune University M.Com 2019 entrance exam will be having 60 questions in total.
2. The duration of Pune University M.Com 2019 entrance exam will be one hour.
3. The entrance exam will be a written test.
4. The entrance exam will be having following four sections: Commercial Knowledge, Mathematical Aptitude, English and Reasoning Test.
5. Each section will be carrying 15 questions.
6. One mark for each correct answer will be counted.

In Pune University, there are 90 seats available for M.sc (Physics)and major reservation for SC 13%, ST 7% and OBC 19%.
Selection process for Pune University students is 50% of the marks obtained in entrance exam + 50% of the marks secured in physics at S.Y. and T.Y. Level. For outside students, selection is through marks obtained in entrance examination. There is social reservation also. 3% for physically handicapped, 5% for Defence personnel's child, 30% for female candidates for graduate courses.

The syllabus for entrance exam for Mass Communication is General Knowledge, Language Skills, Analytical & Writing Skills (Essay, Short Notes & Comprehension). The question paper consists of 9 questions, 6 in Section 1 and 3 in Section 2. The question paper consists of 100 marks, 50 for each section. There is no negative marking and the passing marks for open category candidates is 45% and 30% for reserved category candidates.
The test will be held in May/June. The online applications will be available at http://campus.unipune.ac.in/ . from April 16th and the last date for submitting the applications is May 5th. For being eligible you should complete your B.Sc with Chemistry or Biochemistry as a subject with 50% if you are from General Category and 45% if you are from Reserved Categories. The entrance exam will be based on Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry BioChemistry at B.Sc level.
