Hello Sir,Migration certificate will be issued by the institute in which your son studied earlier befor taking admission in MIT university, Pune. You should ask them to provide you with the document.And if your son did this diploma along with his 12th class then, the migration certificate issued by the school authorities is the valid migration and can be used in university.I hope this helps you.Thank You.
