Application forms for admission to M.Phil at the mentioned Universities has not been released yet. Application forms for JNU are expected to be released soon. For DU and University of Hyderabad, Application forms for 2019 admissions will be released around May- June 2019 (tentatively)

You can however you need to cintact college authorities because it will solely depend on their admissions protocol. Youmight needto fillup exit form and some part offees may be deducted aswell.
