CA Foundation law topper answer sheet is not available for the public to view. ICAI do not provide the direct link to download and view the answer sheets. 

CA Inter Nov 2022 topper will be announced on the ICAI portal along with the ICAI result along with the CA Inter result Nov 2022 topper list.

ICAI will announce the A inter result in mid-January 2023 and along with that CA inter result 2022 topper list will also be published.

Candidates can check the CA all India rank 2022 and topper list through the official portal of ICAI along with the CA Inter merit list Nov 2022.

Looking at the previous year trends we can say that  almost all category admissions in VIT close with 70 -75 k rank. It is really hard to get  CSE or ECE in VIT. You have options of getting Civil in VIT Amaravati or VIT Bhopal but CSE/ECE is difficult. You can try getting in via management quota. So, please try looking for other options as well.

See, though you might feel that getting the first rank in NIOS might be the same as getting the first rank in let's say CBSE or UP board, but according to the government, the certificate issued by NIOS is NOT comparable to that of CBSE or any other central or state board. So, going by this, BITS Pilani (any campus) might not offer you an admission based on your NIOS board certificate.
