Firstly take up Mass communication & Media Studies as your field. You can then start freelancing for travel websites. Travel a lot yourself & keep yourself updated with all the happening places at least in your area or of your state.Organize travel & tour operations, excursions, trips & picnics. Read travel narratives and about travelers like Ibn Batuta, Marco Polo, Richard Hakluyt, etc. However, the job there will not always be about hosting a show. But you’ll require the presentation skills in order to break into those companies.

Hi Anant, The Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management(IITTM), Gwalior offers course for 3- year BBA and 2- year MBA program. The notification will be released in the month of January for the June-July admission. It has both online and offline application facility.
Eligi bility for admission for MBA is a minimum of 50% aggregate in the present graduating degree. The Candidates pursuing their final year graduation can also apply who needs to submit their results/marks sheet on or before October 31 of the year of admission. There is an entrance test namely IIAT written test whose score is considered for the admission. However other test scores such as CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CAT are also accepted for MBA. The entrance test is held on 7th June,2020. The weightage of exam scores is 70% in the percentile calculating criteria. However, PI and GD rounds need to be cleared. As you have a decent score of 87 you can easily get an admission in MBA if you perform well in Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) where each have 15% weightage in overall percentile calculation. The lists of merit and selected candidates are released on the official IITTM website.
The BBA course is also offered where the eligibility criteria is 12th pass with 50% aggregate. BBA aspirants should also clear IIAT and the rest selection process is same as MBA.
As you have cleared MAT with a decent score of 87 percentile you can happily go for MBA with no second thought and the chances of you getting an admission are too high!! Hope you will be getting an admission soon!!
