Hello aspirant.,
EAMCET rank is calculated with your intermediate not alone with EAMCET rank i.e., 75% your EAMCET score and 25% intermediate marks whatever group may be.i.e., MPC or Bipc.
Hope you found this information usefull.
Hello,
I am sharing the cutoffs of last year:
*Hello applicant,
*The qualification marks for the EAMCET is generally 25 percentage of the maximum marks. So at the TS EAMCET is for 169 marks, a student who appeared for the examination should get at least 40 marks to qualify in the examination.
*You have not mentioned your category. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 40 marks out of 160 marks to qualify in EAMCET. For candidates belonging to SC/ST there is no minimum qualifying mark, a non-zero positive score is required to be eligible to get seat in a college.
*So, if you belong to general category then you haven't qualified in EAMCET but if you belong to any of SC/ST category then you are qualified.
Hope it helpful.
Yes, the answer key released few days back is the official key released by TSCHE. there is a possibility that the result might be released in the next 1.5 weeks.Since you can approximately calculate your marks, i suggest you to use the college predictor and have a look on the previous years cut off ranks for different colleges.
EAMCET rank is calculated based on the weightage of Eamcet + intermediate weightage. It means, rank is calculated as 75% from Eamcet marks + 25% of IPE marks. In the 25% of IPE marks, English language is not considered, only your core subjects are considered like if you're from MPC, then your aggregate marks from Maths, Physics and Chemistry of both years which sums up 600 marks are considered as 25% . For instance if you score 590/600 then your IPE 25% can be calculated as 590/600 *25 => 24.58 . This 24.58 is your IPE 25% in this case. Similarly, you got 51 marks out of 160. So, 51/160 * 75=> 23.90 is your Eamcet percentage weightable. Totally 24.58+23.90 = 48.48 will be your Eamcet percentage. With this 48.48 percentile, as per the previous year ranking pattern, your rank would lie in 24,000-25,000.

You have a decent score and your expected rank will be around 10,000. This is just an approximate rank. Predicting the exact rank is difficult because there are various factors that are considered while determining the rank such as number of candidates appeared, normalized marks, top score, IPE weightage, category etc. Considering previous year cut off you may have chances of getting seat in the following colleges
However, this cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, number of seats available, difficulty of exam etc.
You may predict the colleges in which you may get seat using our TS EAMCET college predictor https://www.careers360.com/ts-eamcet-college-predictor
