Congratulations for getting good rank in TS EAMCET 2020. As you are mentioned category AT but tis type any category is not present but I am considering that you want to type ST category and answering according to that. According to last some years cut offs you have some chances of getting admission in GRCE in mechanical branch.

The cut off ranks for mechanical are nearly between 30000 to 35000 so you have chances but as cut offs may vary year to year so you should also make plan B if you will not get it. You should also go through the below link in which the cut offs for GRCE are given.
