Once the caste certificate is issued it was valid for lifetime no need to renew the certificate for every time. But some other certificate need to be renewable for example EWS for general category and income certificate . For general category there is no need of caste certificate.

Adhaar Card is mostly used as an identity proof rather than residential proof but you can surely use it because the address is mentioned there. However, you can also keep the electricity bill of your house or gas connection bill of your house to show it as a residential

Yes Residential Certificate of parents is applicable if either of parent lives in Telangana for period of 10 years only in case of non local candidates.Residence Certificate is required only in the case,if you don't have institutionalised education that is appeared for private exams or you are non local student.
