If you have paid the college fees in full (according to your category) or as required by the college norms, you may not need to pay additional fees for the college at the time.

But Some colleges may include the University fees and other fees such as examination fees, convocation fees in the total fees while some may not. So, according that, you may or may not have to pay the additional fees for the college.

To know the detailed information of fees that you may have to pay additionally, you can look the detailed fees structure on the college website which you wish to take admission in.

3. Online filling of options
4. Allotment of seats
5. Reporting to the alloted institute and fee payment

So as in your case if you have taken admission into the college that you have been alotted and have paid fees, it might happen that it may not be able to appear for next round as you have already freezed your seat via the counselling.

But to be further sure you need to once cross check if counselling option is still visible to you or not, as in most of the cases once you have freezed your seat in a college you can't move forward with counselling process.

Now coming to the document verification part, you only need to get it verified once and go on in as many rounds of counselling as you want.
