Cut off is institute specific and cut off is different for each category and branch. So you need to score the required cut off rank specified by the institute for the given category and branch.

You didn't mentioned your category so, I am considering you as an general category student. As you got 43 marks in ts eamcet and 392 marks out off 500 in IPE you may get rank in between 98,000 to 1,05,000 . but this is just a prediction based on previous year rankings. If you belongs to telangana state you surely will get the seat under SC category.if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh you are considered as OC in telangana state so you you may have chance to get seat in ts eamcet.if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh and you have studied past four years in telangana you considered as local only then you will get seat

Last year the cut off for Computer Science Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology under ST category was 5860. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a seat here. However, you can get Computer Science in the following colleges-

As you got 50 marks in eamcet and 531 marks in ipe you may have chance to get rank in between 38,000 to 43,000 with an overall percentile of 45.56. you may get seat in colleges like:
