The authorities will release the application form on the official website tneaonline.org. The officials have not yet declared the dates for the release of the application form. Whenever you are filling the UG admission form , it always ask your class 10th and class 12th marksheet , roll number details, permanent address, phone number , correct name, adhaar details , so you should not give extra details that you have done D.I.E.T or any other course .Just provide them your class 12th and class 10th details only thats it.

As per your query  I would glad to tell you that you can surely upload the esigned document in filling the form but at the time of verficiation you have to be present with original certificates. In my opinion ,if they dont have written to upload self attested documents in portal ,then upload orginal certificates and if they have written to upload self attested documents then upload photocopied self-attested documents
